CF "New Beginning" is a non-profit charitable public organization and does not aim to generate profit in its activities.
CF "New Beginning" works to strengthen the community by promoting family values and implements various projects: socialization and adaptation of children with status, prevention of social orphanhood and support for families in difficult life circumstances and IDP families, support for elderly people through social and psychological assistance, social and psychological support for veterans of the war of 1941-45, 2016 – present, and their families, and for liquidators of the Chornobyl accident.

Public Offer

Public Offer for Provision of Voluntary Charitable Donation

This offer, addressed to an indefinite circle of individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "Donor") – visitors to the website of the CHARITABLE FOUNDATION "NEW BEGINNING" on the Internet: https://new-begining-ukraine.weblium.site/about-us (hereinafter – the Website), is an official and public proposal of the CHARITABLE FOUNDATION "NEW BEGINNING" (EDRPOU code: 26465914), represented by Executive Director IHOR MATVIYUK, acting on the basis of the Charter, to enter into a charitable donation agreement (hereinafter – the Agreement), the subject and essential terms of which are set out below:
1. Terms and definitions:
Public Offer – a valid proposal of the Organization, posted on the Website, to make a charitable donation, addressed to an unlimited circle of persons, including the Donor.

Acceptance – full and unconditional acceptance of the Public Offer by taking actions to make a money transfer using payment forms and means placed on the Website, as well as by transferring funds to the Organization's bank account through banking institutions. The moment of Acceptance is the date of the money transfer and/or crediting of funds to the Organization's bank account.

Charitable donation – gratuitous transfer by the Donor of funds into the ownership of the Organization to achieve certain, predetermined goals of activity, in accordance with the Agreement and the Law of Ukraine "On Public Associations".

2. Subject of the Agreement:
The subject of this Agreement is the gratuitous and voluntary transfer by the Donor into the ownership of the Organization of funds, by making voluntary donations for the implementation of the statutory activities of the Organization.

The Donor independently determines the amount of the charitable donation.
The subject of this Agreement is not the direct or indirect receipt of profit by any party to the Agreement.

● Acceptance of the Offer means that the Donor agrees with all its provisions, has read the Organization's Charter, which is posted electronically on the Organization's Website, fully understands and agrees with the subject of the Agreement, with the purpose of the public collection of donations, and with the Organization's right to use part of the Donor's Charitable donation for the Organization's administrative expenses, in an amount not exceeding that provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

● The Donor and the Organization, guided by Art. 207, Part 2 of Art. 639, Art. 641, 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, agree that from the moment of Acceptance, the Agreement is considered concluded in writing. At the same time, the Parties agree that non-compliance by the parties with the written form of the transaction does not mean its invalidity.

● Rights and obligations of the Organization:
The Organization has the right:
— To receive Charitable donations and use them in accordance with the subject and terms of this Agreement;
— Without agreement with the Donor, to change the directions of use of the donation within the scope of the Organization's statutory activities;
— Without agreement with the Donor, to use part of the Charitable donation for the Organization's administrative expenses, in an amount not exceeding that provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

1. The Organization is obliged to:
● If the donation is used contrary to the purposes of this Agreement, return the funds to the Donor upon his written request.
Rights of the Donor:
● To monitor the targeted use of the charitable donation.
Place of public fundraising:
The public collection of donations is carried out on the territory of any country in the world. The direct activities of the Organization related to the public collection of donations under the Agreement are carried out at the Organization's location.
Fundraising period:
The public collection of donations lasts until the liquidation of the Organization, unless another period is determined by the Organization.
Procedure for using charitable donations:
The use of Charitable donations collected under the Agreement is carried out in accordance with the purposes of the Organization's activities. The Organization disposes of Charitable donations at its own discretion. Charitable donations received by the Organization may be returned to the Donor only in cases provided for by the legislation of Ukraine. The liability of the parties for violation of this Agreement or the procedure for using Charitable donations is provided for by the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
— The Donor or persons authorized by him have the right to monitor the targeted use of the charitable donation.
Procedure for general access to the Organization's financial reports:
— Access to the Organization's financial reports is provided to the Donor upon his written request.
Other information is provided by the Organization in accordance with the procedure and terms provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.
— All costs for paying amounts (commissions) related to the transfer and crediting of the donation shall be borne by the Donor.
— By making the Acceptance, the Donor confirms that he/she has read and agrees with the terms of Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement regarding the collection and processing of personal data.
— The Donor agrees that after providing information about himself/herself when making a Charitable donation, subscribing to the Organization's news, or registering on the Website, the Organization may send letters and messages, including advertising ones, to the Donor's email address or contact phone number, and furthermore, the Organization has the right, without the Donor's consent, to publish on the Website or in any mass media the surname, first name, and patronymic or name of the Donor as a Donor of the Organization. At the same time, the Organization undertakes not to transfer the email address and other information about donors to third parties, except in cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.
