Improper conduct by personnel of our organization undermines the effectiveness, trust and integrity of CF "New Beginning", threatening our ability to meet people's needs. All personnel of CF "New Beginning" – regardless of contract or location – are expected to adhere to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the policies and rules of the foundation.
Those who violate the policies, provisions and rules of CF "New Beginning" will be held accountable.
In the interest of those for whom we exist, personnel are required to report any suspected violations. They also have the right to protection from retaliation.

If a person is in immediate danger, depending on the nature of the danger, immediately call the local police, ambulance, fire department, or gas emergency service.

All personnel of CF "New Beginning" have the right to protection from unlawful treatment, slander and unlawful conduct against them. They are also obliged to protect the communities covered by our work and to immediately report suspected threats or offenses against them.
